I Need a What?!

By Sally

Just because your cat is alone all day, don’t think it needs a companion.

Well, that’s what I thought. So I brought a cat home. My cat, Frankie, wasn’t too excited, but didn’t make any moves to show his like or dislike. As they sat there, staring at each other, I went to the car and got the cat’s dish and water jug and food. That did it! Frankie then realized that this cat was moving in, and he is not going to share his space with anyone.

I read Frankie loud and clear and acted quickly to remove the potential sparring partner from the reach of the big bully of the house. Taking the cat back, I realized my Frankie was perfectly happy being the only keeper of the house.
