The Balance class is over. Two hour sessions, two days a week for, four weeks. No more rides up and around in the foothills. No more smiling faces greeting each other with a smile. No more following the energetic leader who was skilled and funny. No more laughing at stories I couldn’t hear but laughed at any way.
Twas the best investment in time and money I ever made.
Now I practice every day. Some days with my neighbor. Some days alone. But always following the directions, counting the pace, and marking the chart “done.”
Maybe it will help. Maybe it won’t. But no one will know if one doesn’t try. So we’ll see another day.
